HISTORY

Mr. Sharad Anandlal Shah started this firm in Pune as a Proprietary firm in 1977. This was converted into Partnership Firm in 1989. Over the last 40 years the firm has gained rich experience in Tax Advisory and Audit & Assurance services.

The firm, under the able guidance of Mr. Sharad A. Shah and Mr. Sunil S. Kadam has grown from 2 partners with a small staff to a team of 3 partners, 10 Full time Chartered Accountants and a Staff of over 50 people.

In between, the firm had also partnered with a well-known international accountancy firm. After a few years of experiencing the highs and lows of having an international business partner the firm decided to continue independently again. We had an incredible experience and got tremendous exposure through our international partnership, but we missed the one thing that makes it worth working 9 hours a day and 6 days a week – ‘satisfaction’ – with our work and of our clients. Four years later, having applied the knowledge gained from our international partner and blending itwith our own typicalway ofworking,we have found good success and satisfaction.We continue to strive forimprovement while valuing our typical traits of leaving a personal touch in our work and developing a personal bond with the client
